Support engineer

Profile Description :
The Support Engineer ensures technical support to customers. He analyzes and assesses the defects that have been communicated by the field: he is entrusted with their correction by proposing solutions adapted to the situation encountered by the requestor, in cooperation with the development teams. He may be required to intervene on site in order to implement and accompany corrections.
