At present, we have 39 engineers sharing their experiences of software products and operating systems with our customers. They draw on a set of efficient infrastructures, processes and tools that is certified ISO 9001, enabling us to provide on-site and remote technical support services.
Via this structure and in association with software publishers, we can, for example, resolve typical problems linked to product use methodology or malfunctions in the research department of a company or a group of companies (extended enterprise).

For example, in terms of support for PLM Products, we offer everything from prefabricated solutions, which can be set up immediately, to tailor-made packages, designed in association with the customer. Our customer-specific solutions can determine the scope of the support package and include the appointment of a dedicated engineer to monitor the customer's account, set response times for services provided and specially-designed performance reports.
In terms of Support to the Systems Environments of PLM Products, we also offer a range of different services, which can be triggered on request from the customer, or proactively. In the latter case, our Help Desk monitors the customer's site, manages interventions and operations in accordance with a SLA (Service Level Agreement) and provides performance reports and indicators in order to ensure the transparency of its services and actions.
